🕒 When will my order ship?

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and preparation before your order is shipped.


🚚 How long does shipping take?

Within Qatar:

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Doha time) are usually shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM are shipped the next business day.

🕒 Express Shipping (within Qatar):
If you select express delivery and place your order before 8:00 PM, your order is guaranteed to ship the same day.
Orders placed after 8:00 PM follow the standard schedule above.


Regional Shipping (GCC & Nearby Countries):

Delivery may take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country.
This is a worst-case estimate — most orders arrive significantly faster.


International Shipping (outside GCC):

Shipping times vary based on the destination and customs regulations.
While most international deliveries are fulfilled within 7–15 business days, it may take up to 2–3 weeks in rare cases, especially during peak seasons or due to customs delays.
We always aim for faster delivery whenever possible.


Please note: external factors such as holidays, customs clearance, or weather disruptions may cause unexpected delays. While we work with reliable partners, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as logistics are handled by third-party providers.


❌ Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — no penalties.
Simply email us with the subject line "CANCEL".

If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


📍 I entered the wrong address — what do I do?

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the methods below.
Make sure to provide your correct address and order number.
If we receive your update within 24 hours, we’ll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
After that, changes may not be possible.


💔 My item arrived damaged

We carefully pack each item with protective padding, but in rare cases (1 in 1000), damage may occur during transit.

If your item arrived damaged, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

Once verified, we’ll happily send you a replacement — free of charge.
